Follow the below steps to get started.

Step 1. Call us on 1300 880 981 where you will be directed to our remote support department. From here you will be guided over the phone and a new account will be created. |

Step 2. Click here to launch our online support website which will provide you with a client ID. You need to give this client ID to your Fruit Box I.T support technician as this will give us remote access to your computer. |

Step 3. Sit back and relax while we remotely access your desktop and review the problems you are experiencing. Your invoice will be emailed to the designated contact address. |
